Success Stories

I gained 10 kgs of my body weight after my hysterectomy. I joined plan my diet on January 1 /2023 and lost 10 kgs in 2.5 months. I was very happy with plan my diet because I chose my favorites (Kerala food) to eat and the program balanced my favorites with some easily preparing salad recipes to take to work also.
